We are pleased to announce that Analytik Jena US has successfully completed the transfer of our UVP brand Light Sources, Meter/Meter Calibrations, UV Handheld Lamps,Crosslinker 3000s, B100 Devices, and Replacement Tube/Lamp products, historically known under the UVP brand, to Jelight Company Inc. through an asset purchase agreement。
In 2013, UVP was acquired by Analytik Jena AG (now Analytik Jena GmbH+Co.) which is based in Jena, Germany。
